Estamos buscando una persona talentosa para unirse a nuestro equipo de Gestión de Siniestros en Marsh. Este puesto estará basado en Bogotá. Es un rol híbrido que requiere trabajar al menos tres días a la semana en la oficina.
El Analista de Indemnizaciones de Marine/ Transporte se encargará de gestionar siniestros de mediana y baja complejidad, administrando relaciones y procesos bajo presión con múltiples actores. El rol incluye revisar documentación, escalar casos complejos, comunicarse con clientes y aseguradoras, y garantizar reportes precisos y cumplimiento de acuerdos de servicio.
Contaremos contigo para:
Gestionar una cartera de siniestros activos, priorizando por urgencia, complejidad y compromisos con el cliente.
Revisar documentación entrante y notificaciones, escalando siniestros complejos a colegas senior.
Comunicarse con clientes, beneficiarios, terceros y aseguradoras para actualizar y resolver siniestros.
Generar, validar y distribuir informes de siniestros para asegurar registros precisos.
Facilitar la cobranza de aseguradoras en siniestros pequeños y hacer seguimiento a pagos en acuerdos comunes.
Crear y actualizar siniestros en la plataforma de Marsh y mantener comunicación con aseguradoras.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de procesos internos y de indicadores de gestión.
Preparar y presentar informes para comités de clientes y brindar soporte oportuno.
Apoyar técnica y administrativamente a colegas a nivel nacional.
Analizar procesos de gestión de siniestros y proponer mejoras de eficiencia.
Aprender regulaciones de otros países que guían la gestión de siniestros.
Lo que necesitas tener:
Título universitario (pregrado).
Conocimientos intermedios de herramientas Office y correo electrónico.
Dominio del idioma español.
