Duties and Responsibilities:
Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Responsible for analyzing financial models to evaluate the success of investment initiatives.
• Create investment steering tools applied internationally to assess long-term profitability impacts.
• Conduct benchmarking, scenario analysis, and sensitivity testing to assess the quality of key inputs in investment tools helping the company to make well-informed and sound investment decisions.
• Contribute to the development of group-wide concepts for controlling, planning and approval of strategic investment initiatives.
• Responsible for developing structured decision-making frameworks for senior management, presented through verbal discussions, written reports, or PowerPoint
presentations.
• Prepare and refine investment reports & concepts.
• Review and compile data for international ad-hoc requests, while working closely with other Group Controlling teams compliments your responsibilities
Job Qualifications:
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
• Effective communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Demonstrate a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Possess a structured and conscientious way of working.
• Combine a solution-oriented, collaborative mindset with a structured, and independent working style.
• Open to work in an international team and environment, where alignments and communication are key.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, knowledge of VBA macros and SAP is a plus.
• Fluent in the English language, German language is a plus.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting or a related field.
• 3+ years' experience in financial modelling and business case creation, auditing or similar fields.
• A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
• Work is performed in an office environment where a computer, telephone and other office equipment are used as needed to perform duties.
• Regularly required to sit, reach, grasp, stand and move from one area to another.
• Constantly and repeatedly use keyboard/mouse.
• Occasionally required to push, pull, bend, lift and move up to 25lbs.
