WO werk- en denkniveau (of gelijkwaardig)
Minimaal 5 ervaring in risk, compliance, audit of regulatory omgevingen gelieerd aan Sales en Operations activiteiten
Aantoonbare ervaring met complexe stakeholderomgevingen en organisatie brede vraagstukken
Inhoudelijke expertise: diepgaande kennis van risicomanagement, audit en compliance frameworks
Gedegen kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving (o.a. AVG, Wft, Wwft, DORA/Wtp)
Ervaring met risk- en control frameworks, data-analyse en governance tooling
Vereist een zeer hoge mate van integriteit, onafhankelijkheid en organisatiesensitiviteit
Functioneert als inhoudelijk boegbeeld voor compliance en risicobeheersing binnen de B2C-keten
Werkt in een dynamische omgeving met continue veranderingen in wet- en regelgeving
Competenties: sterk analytisch vermogen en conceptueel denkvermogen, vermogen om complexe materie te vertalen naar strategisch advies, overtuigingskracht en senior stakeholdermanagement
Leiderschap: functioneel aansturen en beïnvloeden zonder hiërarchische bevoegdheid, coachen van minder ervaren collega's en fungeren als inhoudelijk expert

En, niet onbelangrijk vinden wij, je krijgt elk jaar een goed opleidingsbudget, zodat je jezelf kunt blijven ontwikkelen. Zo krijg je de kans om door te groeien, binnen ons bedrijf of daarbuiten.
Salaris per maand:
Op basis van cao schaal 17 HAY is de range € 5.991,23 tot € 7.988,31 op basis van 36 uur.
