Here’s what you’ll do: 

• Digital Delivery: Responsible for developing design outputs from initial concepts through to fully detailed design deliverables.    

• Utilise Digital Tools: Encourage the use of digital tools to review, influence, and enhance design quality processes

• Champion BIM: Promote, articulate, and lead BIM behaviours on the projects

• Coordinate project Deliverables: Support coordination of deliverables for multiple projects, ensuring completion within budget. Provide support and management of project resources to facilitate production of deliverables

• Team Relationship: Be proactive in relationships with internal project stakeholders, reporting progress and highlighting any technical issues for timely resolution  

• Maintain Standards: Support the CAD Lead in maintaining CAD standards, best practices, and processes for modelling, content creation, and advanced digital developments

• Design Team Meetings: Actively participate and input to design team meetings, bringing with you a digital by default mindset, championing the use of 3D model reviews and markups

• Mentor Junior Technicians: Work across the Scotland offices supporting junior Revit Technicians, from a technical perspective

Ready to push the limits of what’s possible? 

Here’s what we’re looking for: 

• Certified Minimum of a HND or Equivalent Qualification: In an engineering discipline

• Project Information Delivery: Experience in delivering project information in accordance with BIM standards

• Software Proficiency: Proficient in using Revit, with experience in validating and coordinating models in Navisworks or similar software. (minimum 5 years of experience)  

• Common Data Environment Experience: Experience working in a Common Data Environment such as ProjectWise, Autodesk Construction
