The Lead Auditor will plan, organize, and conduct third-party audits for environmental and occupational health and safety management systems. They are responsible for reviewing documentation, identifying non-conformities, and preparing comprehensive audit reports to support certification decisions.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or Science and possess at least 2 years of experience in auditing or management systems. A Lead Auditor qualification or the potential to achieve it, along with strong knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, is required.
RINA is currently recruiting for a Piedmont, Liguria & Valle D'Aosta Certification HSE Lead Auditor to join its office in Genova within the Mediterranean & Africa Certification Division.
The successful candidate will join the operational team dedicated to certification services, contributing to the credibility of certification processes and supporting organizations in adopting safer, more sustainable and responsible operating models. They will play an active role in planning, conducting and managing third-party audits in the areas of environment, health and safety, within a dynamic technical environment that offers professional growth, client exposure and the opportunity to progressively expand expertise across key ISO schemes and broader environmental sustainability topics.
The salary range and job grade for this position are defined based on objective, role-related criteria, and responsibilities in accordance with CCNL RINA (CNEL code I480).
The gross annual salary range foreseen is between €38,000 and €48,000 and will be finally defined on candidate’s professional experience, qualifications, competencies, and overall alignment with the role.
In addition, an annual variable compensation component is provided, based on both Company and individual performance objectives in accordance with the current policies and collective agreements.
The overall compensation package is complemented by the Company's welfare.
