The Senior Sales Engineer provides technical expertise in designing and sizing battery energy storage systems while coordinating between Sales, Proposals, and Engineering teams. They are responsible for translating RFPs into technical requirements, writing detailed proposals, and leading technical contract negotiations.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in a technical engineering discipline and at least 5 years of experience in the utility energy storage industry. Proficiency in lithium-ion batteries, electrical systems, and utility-scale construction proposals is highly preferred.

The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical expertise in the design and sizing of the battery energy storage system and ensuring seamless coordination between Sales, Proposals and Engineering teams. As a key member of the sales process, the Senior Sales Engineer will play a crucial role in reviewing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), determining the optimal system sizing, preparing technical proposals, lead the technical contract documents and negotiations, and ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of our customers. The Senior Sales Engineer will collaborate with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders to secure technical commitments and drive successful project execution.
