Oversees production quality control and develops quality management systems to ensure products meet regulatory and industry standards. Leads a team of quality professionals to eliminate defects, resolve supply chain issues, and drive continuous operational improvement.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or quality management with at least 8 years of quality experience and 5 years of leadership experience. Must be proficient in quality tools like SPC and FMEA and be able to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
The Manufacturing Quality Manager oversees production quality control, ensures products meet regulatory and industry standards, and drives continuous improvement. Core duties involve developing quality management systems (QMS), analyzing production data, and leading a team of quality engineers, technicians, and inspectors to eliminate defects and resolve supply chain issues. The work performed in this position will be onsite at headquarters in Tualatin, Oregon and reports to the Director of Quality Assurance.
Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role.
