Set up and operate a variety of CNC machines, including mill-turn and grinding centers, to manufacture flight-critical hardware. Ensure component quality through precise tool adjustments, inspection, and contribution to continuous improvement activities.
Requires a time-served engineer with significant CNC setting and operating experience and the ability to interpret engineering drawings. A minimum of an HNC qualification is preferred, along with strong numeracy and IT skills.

We are looking for CNC Machinists, reporting into the Operations Manager, to join one of our Shift teams that will be fully engaged and adaptable, will be team players and problem solvers, and will be excellent communicators.
The successful candidate will perform the following duties:
