The role involves performing visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of products following quality control plans. Responsibilities include reporting non-conformities, ensuring GMP compliance, and managing quality records and data capture.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least 6 months of manufacturing experience. Proficiency in using inspection tools like calipers and optical comparators, as well as knowledge of AQL sampling plans, is required.

Funciones y Responsabilidades:
1. Seguir los Planes de Inspección de Control de Calidad, aplicando los métodos de inspección y muestreo definidos.
2. Realizar inspecciones visuales, dimensionales y funcionales en diversos productos.
3. Reportar inconformidades al Supervisor de Aseguramiento de Calidad, proponiendo y dando seguimiento a acciones correctivas.
4. Determinar la aceptación del producto y generar reportes precisos de inspección.
5. Registrar los resultados de inspección según los requerimientos del producto, proceso o estadísticas.
6. Identificar condiciones externas del área de inspección que requieran intervención y reportarlas al Supervisor de Aseguramiento de Calidad.
7. Organizar y gestionar los registros de calidad y captura de datos.
8. Supervisar el cumplimiento de Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (GMP) en el área de trabajo, reportando infracciones al Supervisor.
9. Realizar otras funciones asignadas por el Supervisor según las necesidades del departamento.
Requisitos:
1. Secundaria Terminada.
2. 6 meses de experiencia relacionada en un entorno de Manufactura.
3. Familiarizado con técnicas de inspección, habilidad para realizar funciones básicas de matemáticas, conocimiento básico de equipo de inspección.
4. Capaz de interpretar dibujos, especificaciones y conocimientos de las herramientas de control de calidad como comparadores ópticos, probador de tracción, Sistema Microvu, probador de resortes caliper, etc.
5. Conocimiento acerca de planes de muestreo a nivel AQL.
6. Actitud positiva con buenas habilidades interpersonales y organizativas, competente, habilidad para resolver problemas, responsable, buena comunicación, Dinámico.
