Expand automated testing, accessibility validation, telemetry, and monitoring to improve product quality and service reliability.
Use telemetry and customer insights to identify service health trends, improve performance, and drive data-informed engineering decisions.
Participate in incident response, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, mitigation planning, and post-incident reviews to improve service resiliency.
Support feature flighting, deployment validation, compliance requirements, localization efforts, Store releases, and production rollouts.
Apply secure engineering practices and contribute to privacy, compliance, government cloud, and security initiatives.
