Technology Exploration: Safely explore and leverage modern development tools, including AI-assisted coding practices, to optimize efficiency and improve software quality. Database Maintenance: Write and optimize MS-SQL queries and procedures to support seamless data flow. Application Development: Code, test, and debug software applications based on technical specifications. Troubleshooting: Identify, investigate, and resolve issues in existing software and data pipelines. Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for program logic, coding, and testing updates.
QualificationsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education/Experience: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field, or equivalent technical training/certifications. 1–3 years of hands-on development experience is preferred (entry-level candidates with strong project portfolios will be considered).

Solid foundational knowledge of C# and object-oriented programming. Proficiency in MS-SQL (querying, basic database design).
Pluses / Nice-to-Haves
Any experience with the AS400 platform. Familiarity with the Holbi e-commerce vendor platform. Experience with Dell Boomi or similar iPaaS/data transfer tools.
Soft Skills & Mindset
Creative Problem Solver: A natural curiosity to question "how things are done" and look for ways to improve them.
