The role involves developing comprehensive lift plans and risk assessments during project preparation. It also requires on-site leadership to coordinate lifting operations and ensure strict adherence to safety legislation and company procedures.
Candidates must have 5-7 years of experience in lifting operations and an industry-recognized Appointed Person qualification. A NEBOSH National Certificate or equivalent safety qualification is also required or desired.
We are seeking an experienced Lifting Coordinator & HSE to join our Outage Services team. This is a dual-role position combining detailed lift planning during project preparation with on-site leadership of lifting operations during outages and maintenance activities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all lifting operations are planned, coordinated and executed safely, efficiently and in full compliance with UK legislation, industry standards and company procedures. This role is ideal for an experienced lifting professional who is passionate about safety, thrives in a dynamic outage environment and enjoys working collaboratively across engineering and operational teams.
