The Assistant Engineering Manager is responsible for maintaining and securing all hotel facilities, equipment, and buildings to ensure operational excellence. They also provide support for team member and guest requests to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Candidates must have a working technical knowledge of building maintenance, including electrical and air conditioning systems. Proven leadership experience and expertise in hospitality operations are required for this role.

The Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto is looking for an Assistant Engineering Manager. Candidates with passion for excellence, expertise in hospitality operations and proven leadership experience are invited to apply for a career with Four Seasons. As a member of the Rooms Division, the Assistant Engineering Manager works across disciplines to deliver an exceptional experience.
Responsibilities
Provide the services required by the entire hotel, and maintain and secure equipment, equipment, buildings, and other hotel facilities.
Ensure hotel physical product and asset is well maintained and repair/damages are fixed in a timely manner.
Assist team member and guest request urgently ensuring highest level of employee/guest satisfaction.
Require a working technical knowledge of generally accepted Building maintenance skill, Four Seasons Internal Controls, Policies and Procedures and job knowledge of all positions in Electric and Air condition, control. Working knowledge is generally learned on the job or through a series of professional certifications
