Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to ensure equipment reliability. Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to minimize downtime and maintain a safe manufacturing facility.
A high school diploma or GED is required, with previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Candidates must possess strong problem-solving skills and working knowledge of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting practices.
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will support the reliability and performance of production equipment by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will work collaboratively with operations and engineering teams to minimize downtime, improve equipment performance, and maintain a safe and efficient facility.
