Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various critical business system components. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of essential applications. The position demands continuous engagement with system performance, troubleshooting complex scenarios, and collaborating with different teams to maintain system reliability and efficiency throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and minimize business impact.
- Document and communicate incident findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and improvement of incident management processes and tools.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Incident Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
- Experience with monitoring tools and techniques to detect and respond to incidents effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple incidents simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with technical teams and business users.
- Familiarity with root cause analysis and incident lifecycle management.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Incident Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
