The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems to ensure operational safety and efficiency. They must also document maintenance activities in the CMMS and collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in industrial or facilities maintenance and a high school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, along with the ability to interpret technical schematics and use precision tools, is required.
The Maintenance Technician supports IMMI/APLP operations company-wide by performing machine maintenance, repairs, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing machinery, equipment, and facility systems to ensure optimal performance, safety, and minimal downtime. The technician is expected to efficiently manage time and resources while upholding a high standard of professionalism. Responsibilities include both preventive and corrective maintenance to support production and operational schedules across all locations.
