Job Duties,
Manage Reconditioning of Intermediate bulk containers (IBC’s) process
Strong knowledge and understanding of SDS sheets to make risk assessments and chemical classifications.
Knowledge and understanding of California’s EPA,CUPA rules and regulations
Experience and strong knowledge in chemical neutralization and understanding the difference between an Acid and a base.
Classify all incoming fill goods as needed.
Manage Waste water treatment process including Elementary Neutralization Units preparation.
Manage all Reconditioning plant waste streams for plant trash, Class 1 waste, Hazardous waste, scrap and recycled metals.
Hands on environment with 50% of time split between office work and monitoring the reconditioning process and waste streams.
4 year Chemical Degree or 8-10 WWTP Management
3-5 year Manufacturing Experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer knowledge of MS Windows and SAP
