The Contract Officer will support the commander and acquisition flight in developing RFIs, RPPs, and RFPs while managing development and sustainment contracts. They will ensure procurements align with mission goals and coordinate closely with SSC and FAR guidance.
Candidates must be former DoD Warranted Contracting Officers with extensive experience in contract management, procurement, and RDT&E. Proficiency in FAR, DFARS, and AFFARS regulations is required, along with strong leadership and team development skills.

Basic Compensation: $114,000 - $171,000

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
