The Project Manager is responsible for the managerial and administrative aspects of construction projects, including estimating, scheduling, and quality control. They will coordinate with owners and design teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects meet client expectations.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field with a minimum 3.0 GPA. A minimum of 3-5 years of design/build construction experience with a general contractor is preferred.
