Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves developing tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with modern frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions that meet unique business requirements. Collaboration with different stakeholders and continuous refinement of software elements to enhance overall system functionality are integral parts of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing customizations and integrations within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
- Familiarity with database management and data migration techniques relevant to ERP solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
