The QA Control Technician performs inspections on incoming, in-process, and outgoing materials to ensure conformance with mechanical prints and ASME regulations. They are responsible for conducting calibrations, initiating non-conformance reports (NCRs), and collaborating with production teams to maintain quality standards.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least three years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment. Certification as a Certified Individual (CI) and in Liquid Penetrant testing is required within 90 days of hire.

Wieland is hiring a QA Control Technician. The QA Technician will be responsible for performing inspection upon receipt of materials and recommends disposition. Reviews finished products to conformance of Mechanical Prints. Performs and Audits in process checks to assure compliance with procedures and ASME Code regulations. Must be or become CI (Certified Individual) certified within 90 days in this position as well as Liquid Penetrant certified. Works in conjunction with other departments to meet goals of safety, quality, cost, and delivery. This role is located at 45 Sutton Road, Verona, VA and will be fully on-site.
Hourly Pay Range:$28.97-$32.29/hr.,with compensation adjusted based on experience and qualifications.
Work Schedule: Friday - Sunday | 6:00 am-6:00 pm
Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly
