Requires a high school diploma, OSHA 10 certification, and a valid driver's license. Candidates need at least 2 years of construction experience in trades like excavation or pipe, with supervisory experience preferred.
The Pipe Field Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all aspects of utility operations, including water, sewer, and drainage, on construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction, particularly in underground utilities, and will be skilled at managing complex site and civil projects from start to finish. This role requires someone who can take ownership of their work, make informed decisions, and coordinate with and direct the activities of all job site crews, subcontractors, and material and equipment providers. Additionally, the candidate must effectively interface with clients, inspectors, regulatory representatives, and other key individuals within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Salary Range: $74,000 - $100,000, based on experience.
