Responsible for the planning and R&D of new hardware platforms for high-power compressors or motor variable frequency drives (VFD) used in HVAC. This includes defining technical parameters, designing topologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide electrical system solutions.
Requires a bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related fields with over 5 years of VFD hardware development experience. Candidates must be proficient in power device selection (IGBT, SiC), simulation tools like Simulink or Saber, and possess strong English reading and writing skills.
