Scope of Work
Provides technical expertise and manual skill in the inspection, servicing, and repair of all NCI vehicles.
Duties & Responsibilities: These are not listed in relation to their priority or importance.
Recommends the replacement of equipment necessary to ensure fleet effectiveness.
Teach drivers how to recognize problems before they result in an equipment malfunction. Encourage drivers to ask questions and offer suggestions.
Uphold NCI policies and follow administrative procedures.
Coordinate activities, in conjunction with shop manager, by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate mechanics.
Supervise and participate in the construction of specialized tools and equipment.
Oversees the overhauling and rebuilding of trucks, tractors, pumps, cranes, and other standard or specialized gasoline and diesel operated oil field equipment.
Examines defective machinery to determine cause of malfunction and reports need for machine repairs.
Sets up and operates machines to make test runs and experimental products.
Inspects work in progress and finished products
Confers with supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments.
Performs activities of workers supervised.

Complete all Noble and industry specific training
