The technician is responsible for operating pultrusion machines, inspecting rod bodies for defects, and managing scrap materials. They must also maintain accurate documentation and ensure all tasks are performed in accordance with safety and housekeeping standards.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of experience in a Pultrusion Operator I role. The position requires the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Under the direction of the Group Lead, perform the duties assigned will involve operating the pultrusion machines, inspecting rod bodies, packing rods, and moving rods to assembly department and dealing with scrap rod bodies.
Requirements
Work environment is typically considered within an ELS location during normal or extended business hours. Work environment may also include customer sites including oil well sites, and meeting venues.
