- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative software features that align with business goals.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Continuously evaluate and improve software processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oil and Gas Upstream.
- Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Expertise in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing complex software systems.
- Familiarity with integration of software components across diverse platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business-driven solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oil and Gas Upstream.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
