Ensure over 99% operational availability of critical equipment through disciplined preventive maintenance and effective failure response. Lead the night shift maintenance operation, focusing on safety, service, and root cause analysis to reduce repetitive failures.
Requires a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field with 2 to 5 years of industrial maintenance experience. Must be available to work a fixed night shift from Monday to Friday.

¿Qué harás?
Asegurar la disponibilidad operativa ≥99% de equipos críticos mediante ejecución disciplinada de mantenimiento preventivo, respuesta efectiva a fallas y análisis causa raíz, liderando en turno nocturno la operación de mantenimiento con alto enfoque en seguridad, servicio y resultados.
¿Cómo lo harás?
Operación y Ejecución (Core 70%)
Coordinar y supervisar:
Técnicos de turno
Técnicos outsourcing (mantenimiento y facilities)
Contratistas en sitio
Ejecutar y asegurar cumplimiento de:
Mantenimiento Preventivo (100%)
Correctivos de alta prioridad
Diagnóstico y solución en campo de fallas en:
Grúas, compresores, HVAC, osmosis, bombas de vacío, gases industriales
Asegurar cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad (LOTO, permisos, etc.)
Gestión de incidencias nocturnas con enfoque servicio a producción
Análisis y Mejora (30%)
Liderar análisis causa raíz (5 Why, Ishikawa)
Identificar y proponer mejoras a:
MTBF
Reducción de fallas repetitivas
Retroalimentar planes de mantenimiento preventivo
Documentar eventos y lecciones aprendidas
¿Qué estamos buscando?
Ingeniería: Mecánica, Eléctrica, Mecatrónica o afín concluida
Experiencia: 2–5 años en mantenimiento industrial
Inglés: Deseable (lectura técnica)
Disponibilidad para laborar en turno fijo nocturno - L-V 21:00 pm a 07:30 am
