Lead the delivery of major electricity infrastructure projects from capital approval through to asset handover. Manage multi-disciplinary teams and contractors to ensure projects meet safety, quality, and commercial objectives.
Requires at least 10 years of relevant experience, including 6 years in project management, ideally within the electricity industry. A Level 8 degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering is required.
We are seeking a number of experienced Project Managers to support the development, construction, commissioning and delivery of engineering projects. The successful candidate will have at least 10 years’ relevant project management experience, ideally within the electricity industry.
In support of ESB’s strategic objectives of decarbonising electricity, building resilient infrastructure and empowering clients, you will lead the effective delivery of major electricity infrastructure projects from capital approval through to asset handover.
The Project Manager will help ensure projects are delivered safely, consistently and to the required standards, including oversight of contractor performance, contestable project delivery and successful connection to the national grid, programme milestones, resourcing, quality and commercial outcomes.

This position will be based in our Sidings office in Dublin 2 or in our Eastgate office in Cork. Travel to site nationwide will be an important part of this role.
