The Program Manager serves as the technical and relationship liaison between Mesa and TVA, overseeing a multidisciplinary group of engineers and technicians. They are responsible for P&L, contract negotiations, and ensuring the successful execution of all client project work.
Requires a PMP certification and 12+ years of experience in the power industry, with a preference for a PE license and an ABET-accredited engineering degree. Candidates should have strong technical substation engineering knowledge and a proven track record in project and account management.

This exciting career opportunity is for a proven engineering professional to serve as a technical and relationship liaison between Mesa and TVA. The successful candidate will oversee a well established multidisciplinary group of engineers, designers and technicians. This individual reports to the Engineering Director and will be responsible for the relationship with TVA. The position requires a strong technical background in substation engineering along with a proven managerial track record.
Candidate will be responsible for P&L of client project work, communication, process creation, team management, and is ultimately responsible for ensuring the successful execution of all project work.
The role will be a hybrid allowable role based out of the Chattanooga, TN or Knoxville, TN office.
