Oaklin Lane is hiring a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join our neighborhood clinic in Sandy, UT — a clinician eager to grow their craft alongside a supervising SLP who actually has time to mentor.
You got into this work because you wanted to help kids find their voice. At Oaklin Lane, that’s exactly what you’ll do — with a dedicated supervising SLP who invests in you every week. Real feedback, consistent support, and clinical growth you can feel. You’ll be part of a speech team where mentorship is built into the model, and your development matters as much as the care you deliver.
Oaklin Lane is your neighborhood pediatric therapy clinic — a growing network of purpose-built clinics providing compassionate, expert care to kids from infancy through adolescence. We believe in evidence-backed therapy where hard work feels like play, and progress happens on each kid’s own terms.
Deliver one-on-one speech-language therapy sessions under the supervision of a licensed SLP
Implement treatment plans targeting speech, language, articulation, fluency, and social communication goals
Prepare engaging therapy materials tailored to each child’s individual needs
Document sessions in our EMR with accuracy and care
Communicate clearly and compassionately with kids, families, and your interdisciplinary teammates
Show up for team huddles, case discussions, and learning moments
Keep growing your craft through continued education and professional development
Create a play-based environment where kids are treated like kids first

Schedule: Full-time · Monday - Thursday · 8:00AM to 6:00PM (with a lunch break) · Four-day work week · No nights or weekends
