EDU-AIDs is an education workforce solutions firm serving K–12 school districts, charter schools, educational institutions, and specialized programs across the United States. We help education leaders build resilient, high-performing workforces by delivering the professionals essential to teaching, student support, and school operations.
Our expertise spans instructional, clinical, therapeutic, behavioral, and support services, providing access to licensed educators, special education professionals, school psychologists, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, behavioral specialists, school nurses, paraprofessionals, and other critical talent. Every professional is selected through a rigorous process that prioritizes qualifications, compliance, and alignment with the unique needs of each organization.
We approach workforce challenges with the discipline of an enterprise partner rather than the mindset of a traditional staffing agency. Every engagement is designed around continuity, operational efficiency, and long-term workforce capability—enabling school systems to respond to evolving demands without compromising the quality of education or student services.
Our relationships are built on accountability, execution, and an uncompromising standard of professionalism. Whether supporting a single school, an entire district, or large-scale education initiatives, we deliver workforce solutions that integrate seamlessly into the organizations we serve.
At EDU-AIDs, we believe exceptional education begins with exceptional people.
