Position Summary
As an Early Intervention Speech Language Pathologist, you will:
Provide assessment and therapy for children ages 3–5
Deliver services in natural environments (homes, daycares, preschools, EI classrooms)
Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary team members
Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
Support communication skills that impact both academic and social development
Services aligned with IEPs and EI best practices
Reliable access to therapy materials and assessments
Ongoing support from Clinical Directors, EI-experienced mentors, and CF supervisors
Master’s degree (MA/MS) in Communication Disorders from an ASHA-accredited program
Current or eligible state licensure (as applicable)
Pennsylvania Department of Education certification (if required for placement)
ASHA-accredited CF mentors
Year-long CF development program
Established CF community
Clinical resource teams for AAC and feeding support
