Auburn Advancement is seeking a Student Assistant to support the daily operations of the Office of the Senior Vice President for Auburn Advancement.
Responsibilities
Assist with daily office tasks
Engage professionally with campus partners, alumni, donors and friends of the university
Event and meeting assistance
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Enrolled student at Auburn University
Expectations:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Word and Excel
Dependability is a must regarding arriving on time to work
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Very effective organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
An interest in learning about advancement, philanthropy or higher education
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to work very occasional evenings or weekends (1-2/semester)
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong work ethic, professionalism, personal integrity and ability to work both individually and as a team contributor are desired.
