What You’ll Do:

• Develop data-driven creative concepts for paid social campaigns;

• Turn performance data into creative direction by analyzing metrics like CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, and engagement to identify winning patterns, generate hypotheses, and improve creative performance;

• Write clear, actionable creative briefs for designers and video editors to ensure every asset is built for performance;

• Own campaigns from research and concept development to testing, iteration, and scaling winning creatives;

• Own the messaging by writing compelling hooks, headlines, scripts, CTAs, and creative angles that capture attention and convert;

• Research competitors, customer behavior, and market trends to uncover new creative opportunities before they become mainstream;

• Collaborate closely with Media Buyers and Creative teams to launch, test, and iterate creatives quickly;

• Provide clear, constructive feedback to designers and creators to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of creative output;

• Use AI tools as a core part of your daily workflow to research faster, generate ideas, and improve creative execution.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience as a Creative Strategist, Performance Creative Strategist, Performance Copywriter, or in a similar performance marketing role.

• Strong understanding of performance marketing and conversion-focused creatives across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.

• You naturally combine creativity with data;

• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills with the ability to turn customer insights into scroll-stopping creatives;

• Experience writing creative briefs and collaborating with designers, video editors, and UGC creators.

• You enjoy reviewing creatives, giving constructive feedback, and continuously improving ideas through testing and iteration;

• Experience working with international markets, especially the US, is a plus;

• You’re curious, proactive, and always looking for better ways to work by exploring new tools, workflows, and creative approaches;

• Fluent in English and Lithuanian with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
