Lead the Ops Planning & Analytics unit to drive data-informed capacity planning and operational decisions across KLIA. Oversee the development of analytical models, performance dashboards, and manpower deployment strategies to optimize terminal operations.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with at least 5 years of relevant experience and a minimum CGPA of 3.00. Proficiency in SQL, Python, and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is required, along with knowledge of airport regulations.
