- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PostgreSQL.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with MySQL.
- Strong knowledge of database design principles and query optimization techniques.
- Experience in writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures to support application requirements.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and troubleshooting database-related issues.
- Ability to work with version control systems and collaborate in an agile development environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in PostgreSQL.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
