Role Description

The Lead Analyst Programmer is responsible for leading the programming and testing of batch systems to meet client requirements and provide technology support. The role partners closely with internal and client teams to build and sustain a comprehensive system platform aligned with business needs.

Post system implementation, the Lead Analyst Programmer ensures batch systems operate smoothly and remain current. The role has a strong focus on technical leadership, quality assurance, mentoring, and continuous improvement, while independently managing client-facing batch delivery.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Technical / Domain Knowledge, System Development & Quality Assurance, Iteration Planning & Execution – 75%
• Operations / Shared Services Support – 10%
• Coaching, Colleague Development & Knowledge Enhancement Sessions – 10%
• Continuous Improvement & Client / Organizational Initiatives – 5%

Education

• B.Tech in Computer Science / IT / ECE
• BCA + MCA candidates may apply

Experience

• Prior experience with Alight / Aon / Wipro is an added advantage
• Health or Retirement domain experience preferred

Work Conditions

• Collaboration with global and offshore teams
• Flexible work hours as per business and client requirements
• Participation in delivery reviews, training, and knowledge forums
