The specialist will configure client systems for provider pricing and claims processing based on defined business rules. They will also perform UAT testing, resolve production support issues, and manage database maintenance and data validation tasks.
Candidates must have over 5 years of experience in US healthcare claims payer systems and at least 2 years of experience in provider contract configuration and UAT testing. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a technical or associate degree preferred.

Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday (5:00am to 3:00pm EST). The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend’s basis business requirement.
