Als Medewerker Klant & Winkelservice ben jij hét aanspreekpunt in de winkel. Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten zich welkom voelen, gezien worden en met een prettig gevoel boodschappen doen. Met jouw open houding, vriendelijke uitstraling en goede observatievermogen draag je bij aan een positieve sfeer op de winkelvloer. Je begroet klanten met een glimlach, biedt ondersteuning waar nodig, van het aanbieden van een mandje tot het wegwijs maken in de winkel. Jij houdt overzicht, voelt aan wat er speelt en zorgt dat klantstromen soepel verlopen.
Je begeleidt klanten bij zelfscan, helpt bij eenvoudige vragen en zorgt ervoor dat procedures netjes gevolgd worden. Je legt proactief en op een rustige en duidelijke manier de huisregels of winkelprocessen uit. In situaties die extra aandacht vragen blijf je rustig en kalm, ondersteun je collega’s en schakel je – wanneer nodig – direct de filiaalmanager, bewaking of politie in, zodat de juiste opvolging kan plaatsvinden. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega’s en de filiaalmanager en bent een verbindende schakel in de winkel. Dankzij jouw klantgerichte houding voelt de winkel als een plek waar mensen graag komen, als klant én als collega.
Geen dag is hetzelfde, en dat maakt deze functie juist uitdagend. Jij zorgt ervoor dat klanten zich prettig geholpen voelen en dat de winkelervaring soepel verloopt.
