Requires prior port agency experience with various vessel types and a valid Dutch Driving License B. Must be eligible to work in the Netherlands without sponsorship and be physically able to board ships in all seasons.

Role Summary:
The Senior Agency Operator will be a key member of a team responsible for providing a 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week rostered on-call service to our Principals to ensure the safe and smooth turnaround of all appointed vessels within the jurisdiction of the port office.
Due to the nature of port agency, the working hours will vary and will include early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays on a fair and rotational basis. This will include travel and vessel boarding in the region managed by the port office.
