Ti aspettano attività concrete e operative:
- pubblicazione annunci su portali dedicati, con attenzione alle keyword e al target
- screening dei CV ricevuti (~40-50 a settimana) e primo contatto telefonico con i candidati
- organizzazione di colloqui conoscitivi e gestione delle agende dei responsabili di turno
- inserimento dati anagrafici e contrattuali nel gestionale HR (Zucchetti)
- affiancamento dei nuovi assunti durante i primi giorni di formazione operativa
Requisiti:
- diploma di scuola superiore
- buona capacità comunicativa al telefono e in videochiamata
- precisione nella gestione di dati sensibili e riservatezza
- anche senza esperienza pregressa, purché motivato/a e curioso/a
Offerta e benefit:
- Retribuzione 1.500-1.800 € lordi mensili
- Contratto a tempo determinato 6 mesi con possibilità di proroga, tempo pieno 40 ore settimanali dal lunedì al venerdì
- Orario flessibile in entrata e uscita
