Job Description
Job Summary
Lead and manage the daily operations of the UOB Indonesia Muara Karang branch, driving business growth, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve branch sales targets and profitability goals.
Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including customer service, lending, deposits, and back-office functions.
Manage and motivate a team of banking professionals, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to expand the customer base.
Ensure strict adherence to UOB Indonesia's policies, procedures, and relevant banking regulations.
Identify and mitigate operational risks within the branch.
Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance to senior management.
Act as a representative of UOB Indonesia within the local community, fostering positive public relations.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Resolve customer complaints and complex issues effectively and efficiently.
Job Qualifications**
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar leadership role within the banking industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a profitable branch.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and operations.
Familiarity with Indonesian banking regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
