It includes participation in the implementation of changes that directly impact business results, process quality, and customer service levels.

Your IMPACT:
Administration and development of internal platforms (MySchneider, EDI, OneQuote, SAP Bridge, etc.)
Implementation, testing, and optimization of digital sales tools
User support, training, and ensuring proper system usage
Ensuring data consistency across systems
Reporting & dashboards (BFO) + analytical insights and recommendations
Order management (services and projects) + SAP key user role
Monitoring processes (orders, deliveries, open lines) and driving improvements
Identifying inefficiencies and leading change requests with global teams
Maintaining process documentation and supporting continuous improvement
Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, CS&Q, and Customer Care
