Retail Distribution
Hang Seng's Retail Distribution focuses on personal wealth management and financial services. Our one-stop wealth management initiatives are designed for both our affluent and mass integrated account customers. With around 255 branches and automated banking centres, including around 50 Prestige Banking Centres for our high-end personal customers, we serve over half of the adult population in Hong Kong while offering an extensive range of products to our valued customers.

We are currently seeking high caliber professionals to join our Retail Distribution as Branch Service Manager III.
Principal Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end processing of customer servicing requests, ensuring timely and accurate completion
Coach and develop direct and indirect reports to build capability, confidence, and service consistency
Apply strong knowledge of products, processes, and procedures to resolve customer needs—personally and through the team
Support frontline colleagues to deliver “first point of contact” service by reducing operational friction and unnecessary hand-offs
Provide guidance on transactions and ensure all work is completed in accordance with established policies and documented procedures
Continuously review and improve processes to enhance operational efficiency, effectiveness, and risk control
Develop, maintain, and use operational management information (MI) to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities
Manage unit administration activities and ensure day-to-day operational discipline
Drive excellent customer and colleague experience by leading the team to consistently deliver high service standards for internal and external clients
Requirements
HKCEE / HKDSE with at least five subjects at Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained” or above, including Chinese, English and Mathematics
5–10 years’ relevant experience, preferably in customer service and/or branch operations
Strong service orientation with a proven commitment to delivering high-quality customer outcomes
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
Self-motivated, detail-minded, eager to learn, and able to maintain a positive, can-do attitude
Customer-centric with a change mindset to support ongoing business transformation and continuous improvement
Proficient in English and Chinese; Putonghua capability is an advantage
