Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and moderate user-generated content to ensure it meets strict community standards and legal guidelines.
• Apply deep cultural and linguistic knowledge of the Danish market to identify nuances in social media interactions.
• Review reported content, images, and videos with speed and precision to maintain a safe environment for all social media users.
• Investigate complex cases regarding policy violations and escalate issues to senior moderation teams when necessary.
• Stay updated on changing social media policies, current events, and emerging digital trends to maintain high-quality service.
• Collaborate with international teams to refine moderation processes and optimize user experience metrics.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations while handling sensitive content.
• Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport or a valid Greek work permit.
• Strong proficiency in English to collaborate with our diverse, international team.
• Previous experience in social media, customer support, or content moderation is considered a significant advantage.
