Over de functie
In deze functie ben je onderdeel van de sectie Corporate / M&A. De sectie bestaat uit advocaten, (kandidaat-)notarissen en een paralegal. Zij vormen een hecht team waarin ze nauw en met plezier voor het vak samenwerken. De sectie heeft ruime ervaring op het gebied van het ondernemingsrecht en is onder andere gespecialiseerd in: fusies en overnames, herstructureringen , private equity en venture capital en de (semi)publieke sector. De advocaten, (kandidaat-)notarissen, paralegal en het secretariaat van de sectie vormen een hecht team. Er is hoogwaardige expertise aanwezig en de sectie opereert in de top van de markt. Ook heerst er een laagdrempelige sfeer en open cultuur.
Het notariële team binnen de sectie bestaat, naast jou, uit twee notarissen, één toegevoegd notaris, vijf kandidaat-notarissen, één paralegal, drie notarieel assistants en een werkstudent. Het team begeleidt, adviseert en assisteert middelgrote en grote ondernemingen in binnen- en buitenland bij het opzetten van structuren, overnames, financieringen en zekerheden, corporate governance en bedrijfsopvolging. Ook herstructureringen, (grensoverschrijdende) fusies en andere vennootschapsrechtelijke vraagstukken komen geregeld voorbij. Als kandidaat-notaris zal je werkterrein zich afspelen over de volle breedte van het ondernemingsrecht: van het begeleiden van een internationale overname tot het adviseren over de corporate governance van goededoelenstichtingen.
In deze rol word je actief begeleid door ervaren (kandidaat-)notarissen en krijg je tegelijkertijd de ruimte om snel eigen verantwoordelijkheid te dragen. Sterker nog, je wordt aangemoedigd jezelf te ontwikkelen en uitgedaagd om het beste uit jezelf te halen!

Jouw profiel
je hebt (bijna) je master Notarieel recht succesvol afgerond en/of hebt al enige werkervaring als kandidaat-notaris;
je hebt affiniteit met het ondernemingsrecht;
enige praktijkervaring in de juridische of notariële dienstverlening is een pre;
nevenactiviteiten, vrijwilligerswerk, (bij)banen, hobby’s of andere bezigheden waaruit je ambities en persoonlijke ontwikkeling blijken zijn een pre;
je kunt je zowel mondeling als schriftelijk uitstekend uitdrukken in het Nederlands en Engels; en
je bent bij voorkeur zo snel mogelijk beschikbaar (een latere startdatum is bespreekbaar).
Ons aanbod
een vliegende start van- of volgende stap in je carrière als kandidaat-notaris bij een groot en professioneel kantoor met een goede reputatie en hoge rankings (o.a. The Legal 500, PropertyNL en Chambers);
het gezamenlijke doel om je binnen drie jaar te ontwikkelen tot een zelfstandig kandidaat-notaris;
goede individuele opleidings- en ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden, onder andere via onze BK Academy;
een werkplek en goede voorzieningen om vanuit huis te werken;

een salaris van € 4.337,- bruto per maand op fulltime basis vanaf het moment van indiensttreding en bij ingang van het tweede en derde stagejaar een salaris van € 4.736,- respectievelijk € 5.172,- bruto per maand op fulltime basis; en
8% vakantiegeld, minimaal 28 vakantiedagen op fulltime basis, een marktconforme pensioenregeling, de mogelijkheid om je aan te sluiten bij onze collectieve zorgverzekering, een laptop en iPhone en een volledige ov-reiskostenvergoeding.
