Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with stakeholders to understand needs and adapt applications accordingly is a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge bases for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Strategic Workforce Planning.
- Strong analytical skills to assess application performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience working with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
- Ability to manage software releases and coordinate deployment activities effectively.
- Good problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and provide timely resolutions.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Strategic Workforce Planning.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
