Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and technical execution.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and software quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle SCM Transportation Management.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and best practices in application design and testing.
- Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing complex software systems.
- Ability to work with version control systems and collaborative development tools.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow between multiple software components.
- Skilled in writing clear, maintainable, and efficient code following industry standards.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of development experience in Oracle SCM Transportation Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
