Our client is a technology company, seeking experienced professionals to join its organization.

• Lead the development and execution of effective B2B business strategies to achieve the Group’s long-term growth objectives.

• Establish, maintain and strengthen strategic business relationships with key partners and enterprise clients.
  (Xây dựng, duy trì và phát triển các mối quan hệ kinh doanh chiến lược với đối tác và khách hàng doanh nghiệp trọng điểm.)

• Design and implement B2B sales plans to expand market presence with a strong focus on corporate and enterprise customers.
  (Xây dựng và triển khai kế hoạch kinh doanh B2B, mở rộng thị trường với trọng tâm là nhóm khách hàng doanh nghiệp.)

• Identify, approach, and develop partnerships with strategic partners and large-scale corporate clients.

• Lead, coach, and continuously optimize the performance of the sales team to drive revenue growth and sustainable results.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Product, and Finance to design tailored solutions for enterprise customers.

• Analyze market trends and customer needs, and propose growth initiatives and effective business models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or other relevant disciplines.
  (Tốt nghiệp đại học các ngành Kinh tế, Tài chính, Quản trị Kinh doanh hoặc các lĩnh vực liên quan.)

• At least 10 years of experience in B2B sales, including a minimum of 5 years in senior sales management roles within large enterprises or group-based organizations.
  (Tối thiểu 10 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực kinh doanh B2B, trong đó có ít nhất 5 năm giữ vai trò quản lý kinh doanh tại doanh nghiệp quy mô lớn hoặc mô hình tập đoàn.)

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or Cybersecurity sectors, holding managerial or senior sales leadership positions.

• Demonstrated leadership capability in managing, coaching, and enhancing the effectiveness of sales teams.

• Proactive, innovative, and highly motivated with a strong passion for business development.
