About the role:
The Partner Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing relationships with Autodesk channel partners across the Western Balkan region (Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Kosovo, Albania, Montenegro) to drive business growth and achieve sales objectives.
The incumbent is accountable for partner recruitment, performance management, and alignment with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver measurable revenue outcomes. This role ensures partners are enabled, accountable, and aligned to deliver new business, expansion, and renewals for Autodesk solutions.
Build, manage, and strengthen strategic relationships with Datech/Autodesk channel partners across the Western Balkan region to drive incremental business growth
Conduct regular partner reviews to assess performance, identify new opportunities, and ensure alignment with TD Synnex commercial priorities and vendor objectives
Work closely with inside sales, marketing, and technical teams to identify and drive lead generation, and convert opportunities into measurable sales outcomes
Coordinate partner coverage strategies, campaign execution, and sales follow-ups to maximize revenue potential across the Western Balkan territory
Lead partner enablement initiatives, including onboarding, training, and certification programs to strengthen partners’ sales and technical capabilities
Drive participation in channel promotions, marketing campaigns, and vendor-funded initiatives to enhance partner engagement and productivity
Develop structured quarterly and annual business plans with assigned partners, outlining key objectives, revenue targets, and focus areas
Monitor partner performance, pipeline health, and attach rates to ensure consistent progress toward defined sales goals.
Act as a player-coach to Account Managers by providing guidance, sharing best practices, and facilitating collaboration across teams, while still managing individual business deliverables
